Do you take insurance?

Yes. I'm a preferred provider for Premera, Regence, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, First Choice, Uniform, and Group Health Options. I will supply receipts for reimbursement for out-of-network services.

What is your fee?

My fee is $140 per session, unless I have a contracted rate with your insurance company.

How often should I see you?

Most clients come once a week. For more rapid progress, or when in crisis, some clients see me twice a week.

How long does therapy take?

This depends on your goals. Most people begin to feel some relief after just a few sessions. I encourage you to reevaluate your goals for therapy periodically.
