CREDENTIALS

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State, and have been working with clients in private practice since 1990.

I earned my Master's degree in Psychology from Antioch University in Seattle. I have a Bachelors Degree in Community Service and Public Affairs from the University of Oregon.

I regularly participate in workshops and consultations to increase and update my professional skills. I have completed the following certification courses, among others.

• Inner Relationship Focusing for Healing Professionals through Focusing Resources
• Interpersonal Neurobiology from Daniel Siegel's Mindsight Institute
• Mind-Body Medicine from the Harvard Mind-Body Institute (Benson-Henry Institute)
• I have practiced meditation and mindfulness skills for more than 20 years.
