MY APPROACH
My goal is to help you understand yourself and your behaviors, learn new skills, challenge limiting beliefs and let go of old pain. Our work together is designed to help you make more thoughtful choices that will increase your joy and fulfillment in life.
In our sessions, I will ask questions, offer observations, and look for patterns of behavior that bring about insight and compassion for yourself and others. I rely on techniques that are proven effective in research studies.
The most positive outcomes in therapy occur when the client experiences a trusting, emotionally safe relationship with their therapist. I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to build self-awareness and skills that you can use for the rest of your life.
